Vegetarian Sheppards Pie


Vegetarian Sheppards Pie (individual portion)

Combine and fry 1/2 of tofu (cut small)

salt and pepper 

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon of Worchester 

1/4 cup of vegetable broth

1/2 a carrot diced. 

Boil two white potatoes one sweet potato for 20 minutes. 

Mash with 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese. 

Place in an oven-safe pan and 

Top with potatoes sprinkles breadcrumbs and paprika on top. 

Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
