Week 4 update

Hi everyone, here is my week 4 update!

Instead of making the cheesecake, I made chocolate chip cookies with a new recipe, they were so good. I have never made anything with brown butter before and I don't think I will ever make cookies another way. The recipe is here...

I was also able to post a couple of recipes from last week that were super yummy.

When making the cookies I was won over by the picture I found which looked absolutely delicious, I also never knew what brown butter was before and after making these cookies they were unreal, I think I would have bought a better quality chocolate chip though if I wanted them to get as melty as they do in the photo.
Something that I am having trouble with still is going to the grocery store in order to get items for my recipes, I am trying my best to use recipes that involve things I already have at home so I am going to keep with that until I am able to go to the grocery store more freely.
Something that I want to make this week is a recreation of one of my favorite things to get for lunch, at Brock there is a restaurant called Hopscotch and they have a bowl called a "Lucha Libre Bowl" and it is one of my favorite things to eat. It is super yummy and if I can find everything that goes in it I will post that when I make it!

I found this recipe for the bowl so I am going to try and follow it as much as I can... when I get this bowl I sub the chicken for falafels which are so yummy so I will be doing that as well. I also do NOT like cilantro so I will not add that.
